Current purchasing procedures for Small, Woman and Minority-Owned (SWaM) vendors at Mason enable a company to be selected for most one-time purchases up to $50,000, as long as a single written quote is received and the price is determined to be fair and reasonable.
As of July 1, procedures will be modified to allow for one additional quote for purchases between $5,000 and $50,000. For additional details, visit the Fiscal Services website.
