Abir Abyad

Abir Abyad is a Ph.D. candidate at Cultural Studies. Her dissertation is focusing on the Middle East Cinema. She teaches at the Global Affairs Department and she will also teaches Introduction to World Cinema at Film& Video Studies. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Virginia in Middle Eastern Studies.
