Aryaman Kantawala

Aryaman Kantawala is a sophomore at George Mason University. He has had a passion for film since a young age but had only first experienced filmmaking in his second year of high school, where he enrolled in film production through his county Career and Technology Center. Through the experience, he participated in multiple competitions, which led him to place second at SkillsUSA States for TV/Video Production. During his first year in Film and Video Studies, he competed in the 2025 Filmfest DC Trailer competition, where his trailer was selected to be shown in cinemas during Filmfest DC. In addition, his trailer was featured on the Festival’s website, advertising, and program.
