    Dr. Mira Yang earned her D.M.A. Degree at The Catholic University of America, her M.M. from Peabody Conservatory, and B.M. from Ewha Womans University. She studied at Der Hochschule Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria. She also attended Altenburg Academy in Germany; Societa dei Concerti in Italy; AIMS in Graz, Austria; the Minnesota Opera Center; Dicapo Opera and the Shaker Mountain Festival.
  • Robert Yi

    Assistant Director of the School of Art, Assistant Professor, Academic Advisor, School of Art, CVPA

    Robert Yi was born in Seoul, South Korea, and immigrated to the United States at the age of four. He received his MFA from American University, graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Foreign Affairs and the Corcoran College of Art & Design with a BFA.

    Dr. Kimberly S. Yi received her bachelor’s degree in piano performance from Sungkyul University in South Korea, where she was awarded full academic scholarship for four years and graduated with top honors from the music department.

  • Emanuil Yorgov

    Piano Technician, Dewberry School of Music, CVPA

    Mr. Emanuil Yorgov is Mason’s full-time piano technician, where his responsibilities will include piano tuning, voicing, and regulation for Mason’s All-Steinway School, as well as tunings in Harris Theater. 
  • Paul Zdepski

    Adjunct Faculty, School of Art, CVPA

    Paul is an Illustrator, cartoonist, painter, and university professor who applies his skill and sense of humor to a wide breadth of venues. He holds a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and an MFA in Illustration from the University of Hartford.
  • Minne Zhang

    Keyboard Skills, Dewberry School of Music, CVPA

    Minne Zhang, a native of China, completed her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education degree at the Shandong Normal University, China. Minne graduated from Temple University (4.0 GPA) with a Master Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. She is currently a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate at George Mason University in the piano studio of Dr. Linda Apple Monson. During her graduate studies, she was chosen as a prize-winner in the Pi Kappa Lambda Piano Competition.

    Marketing Coordinator, CVPA

    Iris (Mengxia) Zhou, a professional traditional Chinese instrument musician, received her bachelor’s degree in Music Performance in China in 2016.
