As a young artist in the Domingo-Cafritz Washington National Opera Program in 2007, soprano Aundi Marie Moore, BM ’03, had the chance to chat with Plácido Domingo, one of the most famous opera singers in the world. But the question she asked didn’t have anything to do with music.

Spelman College in Atlanta recently named Mason alum Liz Andrews executive director of Spelman College Museum of Fine Art. She began her new role Aug. 2.

Patricia completed a feature film, "Tournament", starring Ricardo Chavira. It screens at the E St Cinema on October 12th, 2017. She directed, produced, and co-wrote the film. She also co-created and runs the 9th Annual Lady Filmmakers Festival and Foundation.

Born and raised in Washington DC, Kelly Thomas is a multi-disciplinary theatre artist, technician, and educator. She earned an MFA in Contemporary performance from Naropa University in Boulder Colorado and her BA in Theatre from George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia.
