Dr. Linda Apple Monson, International Steinway Artist, serves as the Director of the School of Music in the College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University. A Distinguished Service Professor, Monson was awarded The John Toups Presidential Medal for Excellence in Teaching at George Mason University’s 2018 Spring Commencement Ceremony.
Cynthia Fuchs (PhD, University of Pennsylvania, 1989) is the interim Director and Professor of Film and Video Studies (CVPA), as well as a faculty member in African and African American Studies (AAAS) and Sport and American Culture; she is an Executive Committee member for Women and Gender Studies (WGST).
