    Roxann Morgan Rowley completed her MFA in dance at George Mason University and her BA in dance at George Washington University.
  • Jenelle Mrykalo

    Jenelle Mrykalo, a native of Pennsylvania, holds a BFA in dance from Temple University, where she was also a scholarship trainee at PHILADANCO!
  • Kathryn Pilkington

    Adjunct Faculty, School of Dance, CVPA

    Kathryn Pilkington, Co-Artistic Director of Company E, is originally from North Carolina, where she received her early dance training from her mentor, Sandra Miller.
  • Karen Reedy

    Associate Professor, School of Dance, CVPA

    Choreographer, dancer, and educator, Ms. Reedy was the founder and artistic director of Karen Reedy Dance (KRD) from 2007-2015. A highly musical artist with strong choreographic sensibilities for pattern, texture and emotion, her works span the continuum of classical and contemporary dance in traditional as well as site specific performance.
  • Christina Robson

    Assistant Professor, School of Dance, CVPA

    Christina Robson's extensive performance career includes long term collaborations with Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company, David Dorfman Dance and Sean Curran Company where she performed historic repertory and premiered several original evening length works at The Kennedy Center, American Dance Festival, Jacobs Pillow, and The Joyce Theater.
  • Susan Shields

    Director, School of Dance & Professor, CVPA

    Susan Shields became the Director of the School of Dance again in June 2024. She is the recipient of the 2006 Choo-San Goh Award for Choreography, has created dances for numerous professional companies and universities.
  • Elizabeth Spatz

    Adjunct Faculty, School of Dance, CVPA

    Born and raised in the Chicago area, Elizabeth Spatz began her study of dance at the Ruth Page Foundation with Larry Long and the Chicago City Ballet with Maria Tallchief.
  • Will Waikart

    Adjunct Faculty and Music Coordinator, School of Dance, CVPA

    Will Waikart began accompanying dance classes at Mason in the mid-2000s while studying music across the hall at the School of Music, where he earned his BA.
  • Constance Walsh

    Adjunct Faculty, School of Dance, CVPA

    Constance Walsh began her training in New Jersey with Vitale Fokine. She continued her training at The French School of Ballet and with William Inglis at the New Jersey School of Performing Arts.
