  • Stephen Snyder is the Technical and Rigging Supervisor for the CVPA at George Mason University.

  • Matthew McLaughlin was born in Montgomery, Alabama and began dancing Hula at the age of one, in Hawaii. Both parents met in the military, creating a childhood immersed in travel, connection and art.

  • Kerry Longbottom is the Schedule and Event Coordinator, Center for the Arts, CVPA

  • As a proud CVPA alumni with a BA in Theater from George Mason University, Alaina brings her teaching experience, project management, and event coordination strengths to MCAA and manages the organization's year-round classes and summer programming as Director of Programs.

  • Jessica Singley is the Ticket Operations Supervisor, Center for the Arts, CVPA at George Mason University.

  • Madison Tarchala is the Production Coordinator at the Center for the Arts at George Mason University. Previous to this position, Madison's experience comes primarily from a stage management background, working at multiple regional theaters.

  • Angel DeGroot brings over five years of experience in membership, fundraising, and event planning for arts organizations. With a background in performing arts and a passion for community engagement, she supports meaningful connections between audiences and the arts.

  • Phoebe is a passionate fundraising professional, dedicated to building meaningful connections between donors and causes they align with. She is also deeply committed to the arts, international affairs and social impact.

  • Carolyn Hays, CFRE, is a seasoned nonprofit leader with a proven track record of securing significant philanthropic investments. With expertise, she excels in cultivating and stewarding major donor relationships, driving successful fundraising campaigns, and strategically planning for long-term organizational growth.

  • Caraline manages the Front of House staff and spaces for the Center for the Arts, Harris Theater, and TheatreSpace on the Fairfax campus. She holds a BA in Theatre(Stage Management concentration) and English from Lehigh University.
